The ESPRI Consortium

The Contractor is a Consortium of three main institutes (primary Partners) each of them represented by one PI. The three PIs will sign jointly and with equal responsibility an Agreement with ESO for the accomplishment of the project. A single point of contacts, hereafter "Representative PI", acts for and behalf of the Consortium. For daily business the Consortium is represented by the Project Manager. The Consortium, resp. the three PIs and their Institutes, commit themselves to deliver to ESO the product in accordance with the Agreement, the SOW and the Technical Requirements Specifications.
