Abstract
This paper presents alpha and lambda photometry of 44 members of the Hyades
open cluster, all the stars from A3 to F4. Present and previous results
confirm that the alpha and lambda photometric systems are suitable to
distinguish very easily two groups of objects: the high luminosity and
the metallic-line (Am) stars.
