Installing FFTW 2ΒΆ

A fix has been published on github, but for some reason not yet merged into the master. Anyhow, look at the file package.py in $SPACK_ROOT/var/spack/repos/builtin/packages/fftw/package.py and use this one instead, which is also posted below:
