The registration fees give free access to conference facilities, the abstract booklet, the conference proceedings, the welcome cocktail, the coffee breaks, and the lunches on Monday November 9 and Thursday November 12 at the Museum of Natural History.

There are limited funds to support participants. If you apply for financial support, please provide a detailed justification of the amount requested in the registration form. The LOC will notify participants of possible financial help no later than September 15, 2009.
The deadline for grant requests was June 19, 2009.
