For ski & snowbaord lovers, Villars offer a varied ski area with more than 112km of ski-slopes.

There are 50 km cross-country skiing tracks and trails in the Villars-Gryon region. However, before bringing your cross-country skis along with you, check if these tracks are still open as we are late in the season.

If snow condition permit, a nice sledge run can be done with moderate effort going up with the train to Bretaye. It is sure you will like it.

Between the training of the hockey team and the Young artistic skaters, the Centre des Sports of Villars welcomes you onto its large ice ring. Night skating is scheduled regularly.

Villars-Gryon is located in an impressive amphithéâtre of mountains, which forms a barrier against the prevailing winds, and thus facilities the sport of paragliding. Flight schools in Villars offers flights in tandem paragliders.
